Bi-folding shopfronts, Kidderminster

For Kidderminster shops and offices, every job begins with a visit to measure the opening and the bi-folding shopfronts are then made to those dimensions.

What it costs in Kidderminster

Budget from £5,200 plus VAT as a starting point. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.

Timescales

Expect 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. On site, most Kidderminster jobs take one or two days. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.

What gets fitted

Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Common specifications: heavy-duty running gear for commercial cycles; leaves stack neatly to one or both sides.

Coverage

We treat Kidderminster as part of our Worcestershire round covering DY postcodes, with regular work in neighbouring Droitwich, Evesham and Stourport-on-Severn.

Permission and Wyre Forest District Council

In Kidderminster, applications go to Wyre Forest District Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
