Do you need consent?
The local planning authority for Leamington Spa is Warwick District Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
How much?
Budget from £5,200 plus VAT as a starting point. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
Timescales
Manufacture usually takes 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. On site, most Leamington Spa jobs take one or two days. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
About the product
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. You can specify heavy-duty running gear for commercial cycles; leaves stack neatly to one or both sides.

We treat Leamington Spa as part of our Warwickshire round including the CV postcodes, with regular work in neighbouring Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Bedworth.
