From order to fitted
Lead time is typically 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. On site, most Stoke-on-Trent jobs take one or two days. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Popular choices include heavy-duty running gear for commercial cycles; leaves stack neatly to one or both sides.
Coverage
Our Stoke-on-Trent jobs sit within Staffordshire and the ST postcode area, which puts it on the same route as Leek, Stone and Uttoxeter.
Do you need consent?
Planning in Stoke-on-Trent goes through Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
How much?
The entry price is about £5,200 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
Common questions
Do you cover the whole of Staffordshire?
Yes. We cover Stoke-on-Trent and the rest of Staffordshire, including Leek, Stone and Uttoxeter.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
