Planning rules in West Bromwich
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council decides planning in West Bromwich. A straight replacement is normally permitted, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
How much?
The entry price is about £5,200 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
How long it takes
Lead time is typically 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. On site, most West Bromwich jobs take one or two days. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
What gets fitted
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Common specifications: leaves stack neatly to one or both sides; low-profile threshold when open.
