Permission and West Northamptonshire Council
The local planning authority for Northampton is West Northamptonshire Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. You will know before you order.
How much?
Budget from £1,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
How long it takes
Manufacture usually takes 2-3 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard Northampton unit is normally one to two days on site. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
Specification notes
