Fire-rated shutters, Grantham
Fire-rated shutters in Grantham start from about £3,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
If your premises are in Grantham, the first step is a free site survey which is how the fire-rated shutters end up the right size.
From order to fitted
Manufacture usually takes 4-6 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard Grantham unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
What gets fitted
A fire shutter holds a compartment line for its rated period and closes automatically when the alarm panel signals. Common specifications: fail-safe release options; annual servicing recommended.

Permission and South Kesteven District Council
South Kesteven District Council decides planning in Grantham. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
