Manual roller shutters, Mansfield

For Mansfield shops and offices, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo so the quotation for the manual roller shutters is a real figure.

Permission and Mansfield District Council

Mansfield District Council decides planning in Mansfield. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. The survey confirms which rules apply.

What it costs in Mansfield

Guide price: from £890 plus VAT for a standard opening. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.

From order to fitted

Expect 2-3 weeks after survey for manufacture. Fitting a standard Mansfield unit is normally one to two days on site. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.

Specification notes

For smaller openings a manual shutter on a spring-balanced barrel is the most economical way to secure the frontage overnight. Options include pull strap or winding handle; floor locks either side.

Our Nottinghamshire area

We treat Mansfield as part of our Nottinghamshire round and the NG postcode area, so the team is regularly nearby in Newark-on-Trent, Worksop and Nottingham.
