Timescales
Manufacture usually takes 2-3 weeks after survey. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
The product
Punched laths let passers-by see the window display after closing time while the shutter still secures the opening. Common specifications: punched or micro-perforated laths; window display stays visible when closed.
Coverage
We treat Worksop as part of our Nottinghamshire round including the S postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Newark-on-Trent, Nottingham and Mansfield.
Permission and Bassetlaw District Council
In Worksop, applications go to Bassetlaw District Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
