Security grilles, Loughborough
Security grilles in Loughborough start from about £1,150 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
In Loughborough and nearby, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo and the security grilles are then made to those dimensions.
Permission and Charnwood Borough Council
Charnwood Borough Council decides planning in Loughborough. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
What it costs in Loughborough
Budget from £1,150 plus VAT as a starting point. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks after survey. Installation in Loughborough is usually a day or two once everything is made. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Options include folds back into the reveal during trading; keeps the display visible.
