From order to fitted
Expect Often within the week for manufacture. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
Doors drop, closers leak and beads work loose. Options include leaking or broken door closers; hinge, pivot and lock replacement.
Our Worcestershire area
Our Droitwich jobs sit within Worcestershire covering WR postcodes, and we are often working close by in Bromsgrove, Malvern and Evesham.
Do you need consent?
The local planning authority for Droitwich is Wychavon District Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. The survey confirms which rules apply.
Costs
Budget from £165 plus VAT as a starting point. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
Before you book
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?
Yes. We cover Droitwich and the rest of Worcestershire, including Bromsgrove, Malvern and Evesham.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
