Costs
Bi-folding shopfronts start at around £5,200 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Your price is held for 90 days.
Timescales
Allow 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Kettering unit is normally one to two days on site. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
What gets fitted
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Options include traffic door built into the run for daily use; heavy-duty running gear for commercial cycles.
Coverage
Our Kettering jobs sit within Northamptonshire and the NN postcode area, so the team is regularly nearby in Northampton, Corby and Wellingborough.
Planning rules in Kettering
North Northamptonshire Council decides planning in Kettering. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
