Price guide
The entry price is about £5,200 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
Timescales
Allow 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. On site, most Smethwick jobs take one or two days. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
Specification notes
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Popular choices include low-profile threshold when open; traffic door built into the run for daily use.
