Local planning
In Oswestry, applications go to Shropshire Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
Price guide
The entry price is about £1,850 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
How long it takes
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
What gets fitted
Twin-wall laths are filled with foam, which reduces heat loss and draughts through the opening and takes the edge off street noise. Options include reduces draughts through the opening; quieter operation than single-skin laths.
