Timescales
Manufacture usually takes Glass made to order, typically 3-7 days. Installation in Rugby is usually a day or two once everything is made. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
Specification notes
Shopfront glass must be toughened or laminated wherever it sits in a critical location, so panes are made to the measured size rather than cut from stock. Popular choices include toughened or laminated to suit the location; kitemarked safety glass in critical zones.

Do you need consent?
The local planning authority for Rugby is Rugby Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
