Price guide
The entry price is about £3,600 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
How long it takes
Lead time is typically 5-6 weeks after drawing sign-off. Fitting a standard Solihull unit is normally one to two days on site. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
The product
Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. You can specify pairs well with a roller shutter for two layers of delay; slim steel sections with high impact resistance.
Where we work around Solihull

Local planning
The local planning authority for Solihull is Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
