Planning rules in Coventry
Planning in Coventry goes through Coventry City Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
How much?
Guide price: from £2,450 plus VAT for a standard opening. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Expect 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. Installation in Coventry is usually a day or two once everything is made. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
Specification notes
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. Popular choices include low-threshold entrance options for level access; thermally broken or non-thermal sections to suit the unit.
