About the product
Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. Popular choices include laminated glass options for attack resistance; crittall-style glazing bar patterns.
Coverage
Coventry is in West Midlands and the CV postcode area, which puts it on the same route as Halesowen, Stourbridge and Wednesbury.
Planning rules in Coventry
In Coventry, applications go to Coventry City Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
Common questions
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
