How long it takes
Expect 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. On site, most Oakham jobs take one or two days. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. You can specify any RAL colour, including dual-colour frames; toughened or laminated safety glass to BS EN 12150 / 14449.
Our Rutland area
Oakham is in Rutland including the LE postcodes, which puts it on the same route as Uppingham.
Local planning
The local planning authority for Oakham is Rutland County Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
What it costs in Oakham

Common questions
Do you cover the whole of Rutland?
Yes. We cover Oakham and the rest of Rutland, including Uppingham.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
